I would like to buy a physical item from a seller in each of the 50 US states! Details are as follows:

1. The official start is August 1st, 2025! All orders placed after that time will count towards this goal! THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET AN ORDER FOR THE 1ST! I DO HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND CAN NOT BUY EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE!
Due to this, I will now be scheduling a max of 10 (number may change) orders every two weeks <3

2. I can only buy from one seller per state! That seller will have their username on my profile forever!

3. It must be a new sale! No retroactive or currently scheduled sales! ONLY SALES AFTER AUGUST 1ST WILL BE COUNTED

4. You MUST tell me you want to be your state's representative!

5. A review MUST be left on my profile from the seller! THAT CAN BE RETROACTIVE

6. I must also receive a letter (roughly a paragraph) from the seller! This doesn't have to be for free, obviously, but I would love to have a special thing from each seller as well <3

7. I will update the list below after each sale (username and date received) <3

I had a thought for another little game to play that will (hopefully) boost engagement for a lot of different buyers and sellers. I don't plan on doing this anytime soon, but I did want to see if there was any interest in this.

So it's basically like the old chain-mail things. However, instead of sending a virus or an eldritch being that would haunt you if you don't send it to 10 people, it's just an actual chain.

The idea is I (or anyone really) would start the chain by purchasing from a seller and tagging them in a post. This is the start of the chain. They then sell to another buyer of their choice and they tag myself and that buyer. Then that buyer goes and does the same. Each time, tagging everyone from before. (I don't really need to explain how a chain works but I did anyways!)

I think this would be fun if done right, and it would be interesting to see how long we can get it! What does everyone else think?

With the 50 states event/goal quickly approaching I would like to mention a few things.

1. I did start a new job recently and the pay is not what I'm used to (I now get paid monthly instead of bi-weekly). Orders WILL BE FULFILLED. They will just take longer than originally anticipated

2. If I reach out to you after you have the spot and you do not answer within a week, you will be removed from that spot. If you have something on your profile that mentions a break or something, I will still keep you listed. I understand how this comes off, but I need to try to keep it fair

3. If you send an order but don't send a letter with it I will reach out about that. If you have no intention of sending one, you will be removed from the event. I have a plan for all of the letters I receive that I think everyone will like but I need your help with it

Honestly, I never thought I would stay long enough to even come close to that. I am grateful for all of the lovely sellers I have worked with throughout my time on this site. Hey everyone! As a reminder, we are a week out from the start of my States goal! My profile has a list of the states that are taken, so please check that out!

As a reminder, in order to get the spot, you have to be the first person from your state to reach out to me on the 1st! I am in the Eastern time zone, so we'll be going off of that. That means that as soon as it goes from 11:59 PM on the 31st to 12:00 AM on the 1st, the event will officially start and spots will be taken from there!

If anyone who is already listed as the spot owner (due to my mistakes during my original post) would like to drop out for whatever reason, please contact me ASAP!

To those that don't get a spot, your username will be marked down. If someone drops from the event, or they don't follow the rules, the next in line will be contacted!

The only requirement is that a letter needs to be sent with the physical order! Ideally it would be at least a paragraph!

I plan to also make a small art piece at the end that will represent everyone who participated!

Also! For any sellers in Hawaii or Alaska, if you are worried about shipping charges for any reason, please reach out still! I am willing to work with anyone to make this worthwhile!

In the event that this can not be completed (lack of sellers from certain states) then the event will be cancelled after 1 year! Everyone who sent something in will STILL be listed on my profile though!

Adding to my last post, I am kinda interested in some of the lesser represented jobs on here (buyers and sellers really). For example, my last job I was a programmer, before that a chemist, now I am an assistant engineer (I prefer chem or programming). I love hearing about some of the other professions of the community!
